joining the TAO Paul trained in Tang Soo
Do reaching 3rd Dan Instructor grade. Paul represented the
British Team twice and was National Champion in both Forms and Free
Sparring. Paul now carries on his competition success in the
Li
Family system and has won various medals in National
Competitions.
