Sometimes called Taoist

body are worked to their full potential to maximise the flexibility,
balance and control of the participant.

movement of chi (internal energy).
A form of Chi Gong,
each
exercise has a basic 'Sequence' which is performed to a set breathing
pattern, and an 'Extension' to natural breathing. Each
Extension
has five variables which can be adjusted to suit the capability of the
practitioner.
There are in excess of 400
different exercises - each having the five variables! |
